Upon a decision by an asset owner to divest from certain energy assets, it is advantageous to contact SEnSus Advisory. We distinguish ourselves with a goal-oriented and collaborative approach, ensuring the Seller is always fully informed on the actual status and details of the selling process. To align ourselves with Seller interests, SEnSus Advisory works on a success fee basis.

Within the considerations defined by the Seller, SEnSus Advisory prepares an Information Memorandum to be forwarded to potentially interested investors. The Seller has full control on the volume and depth of information that is released. Usually, a brief and anonymous version is made available without restraints, and a more detailed version is prepared for selected investors that adhere to strict confidentiality rules.

Sellers must seriously consider requesting a Diligence Audit by SEnSus Advisory. With this unique service, the project is mapped out in a format that matches investor expectations and facilitates his evalaution. A Diligence Audit also helps to identify any documentation that may have to be elaborated or enhanced in preparation of the upcoming Due Diligence by a selected investor.

SEnSus Advisory then approaches the investor market and selected agents, seeking indicative bids for the project. In parallel to this investor market pitch, Seller and SEnSus Advisory prepare the full documentation for a Data Room, to be made available for selected Investors in a later phase.

After evaluation of bids, and in close coordination with Seller, the most attractive bid is selected and awarded access to the Data Room in order to conduct a Due Diligence. During this phase, SEnSus Advisory assists Seller in answering any question that might arise and resolving issues that could possibly limit the chances of a succesful transaction.

In the subsequent structuring of contracts, the Seller may benefit from the experience with SEnSus Advisory in negotiating and closing similar ventures.

Only upon successful Closing and title transfer of the asset is a fee due for SEnSus Advisory: a truly success-based brokerage approach.
