Any Investor with an interest in building or expanding his (renewable) energy portfolio should consider contacting SEnSus Advisory. Our approach to success-based brokerage when assisting the Investor is concise, down-to-earth and fully adjusted to his requirements. After jointly assessing the Portfolio Strategy and the corresponding expansion and/or diversification directions, the Search Criteria are listed. With these, SEnSus Advisory scans the current offering available on the market and evaluates any new offerings. Additionally, well-directed discrete enquiries are made to increase the number and quality of offerings matching the Search Criteria. Sometimes, SEnSus Advisory enters into preliminary and discrete talks with a Seller to see whether an otherwise promising project can be brought within Investor financial brackets.

All propositions of projects to the Investor are in a format that facilitates easy evaluation, defining the Key Data and presenting a ready-to-use Business Case. All propositions are without obligation towards the Investor.

Following his evaluation and selection of most-promising projects (Investor’s Go/No-Go decision), SEnSus Advisory works with the Investor and his designated experts to evaluate the project and to validate the Business Case as well as critical legal, financial and technical considerations. When so desired, SEnSus Advisory can assist in restructuring credit lines for the project.

In the subsequent structuring of contracts, the Investor may benefit from the experience with SEnSus Advisory in negotiating and closing similar ventures.

Only upon successful Closing and title transfer of the asset is a fee due for SEnSus Advisory: a truly success-based brokerage approach.
